• – Online Course: 2 Week self learning online course with an assessment.
• – IMCSA Student Enrolment: Included in the process is FREE enrolment as a Student Business Coach with the IMCSA.

Phase #2: The My SME Coaching Programme (4 Weeks)

• – Training Session #1 (Intro to Business Coaching; 3 Month Programme & Entrepreneurship 101).
• – Training Sessions #2 (The Right Business Idea; Business Vision & Business Strategy).
• – Training Session #3 (Business Model: Sales Cycle; Branding; Marketing; Sales and Service / Product Delivery).
• – Training Session #4 (Systemised Management: Business Systems; Compliance / Legalities & Business Culture).
• – Training Session #5 (My SME Coaching System).

Phase #3: Start Coaching (+/- 3 Months)

• – 75Coaching Hours: IMC Associate Level.
• – 200 Coaching Hours: IMC Professional Level.
• – 500 Coaching Hours: IMC Master Level.
